Pair of red and amber "Diamant" vases by Flavio Poli for Mandruzzato 70's

These red (and amber) "Diamond" vases by Flavio Poli for Mandruzzato in the 70s are Italian pieces remarkable for their shape and sober color.

The vase is made of blown glass and has an intricate geometric shape reminiscent of a cut diamond, with flat and raised facets that reflect in the light to create a sparkling effect.

Each color is achieved by a technique of mixing clear and colored glass which results in a translucent, almost luminescent appearance. The body of the vase is supported by a thick glass base, which gives an impression of stability and weight. The original sticker is still present on it.

The combination of intricate shape and color gives this vase a stunning presence that immediately catches the eye . It is both modern and elegant, and is an excellent example of the expertise and creativity of Flavio Poli and the Seguso manufactory in producing superior quality glass art pieces.
