This black "Diamond" vase by Flavio Poli for Mandruzzato in the 1970s is a piece of Italian glass art remarkable for its shape and sober color.

The vase is made of blown glass and has an intricate geometric shape reminiscent of a cut diamond, with flat and raised facets that reflect in the light to create a sparkling effect. It measures 20 cm in height by 8.5 cm in width

The black color is deep and vibrant , and it is achieved by a technique of mixing clear and colored glass which gives a translucent and almost luminescent appearance. The body of the vase is supported by a thick glass base, which gives an impression of stability and weight. The original sticker is still present on it.

The combination of intricate shape and color gives this vase a stunning presence that immediately catches the eye . It is both modern and elegant, and is an excellent example of the expertise and creativity of Flavio Poli and the Seguso manufactory in producing superior quality glass art pieces.
