This is a glass ashtray and storage compartment designed in the style of Joe Colombo for the Italian Company Arnolfo Di Cambio in the 1960's. Joe Colombo was an Italian industrial designer who was very influential in the 60's and 70's, particularly for his work on domestic objects and furniture.

The glass pieces for Arnolfo Di Cambio were designed with the Colombo philosophy, which sought to create functional and aesthetically pleasing objects for everyday life. Both pieces are therefore very practical and can be used in any space.
