The light beige woven fabric, lighter than the canvas of old trunks, places it in the 1960s, when the aesthetics of period luggage were revisited for decorative storage objects.
Body covered in raffia-style woven fabric, with corner reinforcements and hand-stitched brown leather straps. Gilt brass lever clasp. Interior fully lined in beige velvet, with an internal divider.
Very good overall condition of the fabric, leather and velvet lining. No notable wear, stable colours, working clasp.
