In Denmark during the 1970s, several workshops developed solid pine furniture with soft yet robust forms, designed for everyday use. This production was in keeping with the tradition of Scandinavian organic design, where the material and simplicity of construction guided the design.

A rectangular coffee table in the style of Rainer Daumiller , likely produced by Hirtshals Savvaerk in the 1970s. Made entirely of solid pine , it is distinguished by its rounded corners, generously curved edge, and cylindrical legs firmly anchored to the frame. The joinery is simple and effective, characteristic of Danish furniture of this period, highlighting the natural grain of the wood.

The set is in good vintage condition . The tabletop shows some light signs of wear and a uniform patina, consistent with the piece's age. The wood has retained a beautiful warm hue and a pleasant surface.

The table measures 120 cm in length, 68 cm in width and 50 cm in height , a balanced size that gives it a comfortable presence in a living room.

A solid and legible coffee table, ideal in an interior with Scandinavian or brutalist influences from the 70s.
