Italy, 1960s. Murano glass, blown thick and worked hot, finds one of its most sculptural expressions here: this "Perroquet" bowl, whose shades recall plumage, unfolds in four undulating lobes like the petals of a flower.

The glass layers cobalt blue, glacier blue and soft green turning to yellow, which blend in transparency and shift with the light. The edges rise in supple waves, while the inside is hollowed into deep ribs around a lighter heart. The base, narrowed to points, rests on the surface as if suspended.

Very good state of preservation: no visible chips or cracks, only a few tiny bubbles and specks in the glass, typical of hand-blowing.

At 20 cm wide and 10 cm high, it makes a generous catch-all on a console or an entryway, or a simple display piece.
