Two-seater sofa convertible into a daybed, Italian production, circa 1970. Bent chrome tube structure forming the sled feet and the linear backrest. Generous seat upholstered in khaki velvet, with vertical parallel stitching. Two removable back cushions in matching velvet – when removed, the piece takes on the look of a daybed with an exposed, sleek, and graphic chrome backrest. Designer and manufacturer unidentified.
Overall condition very good. Original upholstery showing a homogeneous patination consistent with age. Chrome in very good condition, without significant pitting.
