This large 1960s Italian Murano glass trinket dish perfectly illustrates the era's taste for sculptural forms and warm colors. Its free and asymmetrical silhouette is highlighted by a superb amber-yellow glass with luminous nuances, enlivened by an internal white fan-shaped decoration typical of certain artisanal Murano productions.
Made from blown and hot-worked glass, it features a fluid and organic line that gives it a highly decorative presence. The light reveals beautiful transparencies as well as an elegant contrast between the honey yellow and the white inclusions.
Very good vintage condition. Some slight traces of time may be visible, with no chips or cracks. Dimensions: 23 cm long, 13.5 cm wide, and 7.5 cm high.
Can be used as a trinket dish, centerpiece, or simply as a modernist decorative object.
