In the early 1970s, Willy Rizzo developed a series of coffee tables for Cidue that incorporated discreet functions, designed for modern interiors and evolving uses.
"Bar" model, produced by Cidue. Chrome-plated metal structure, mirrored smoked glass top. The sliding system reveals a central mirror-lined compartment, designed to hold glassware or objects. Italian manufacture, circa 1970. Cidue – Willy Rizzo label present on the base.
The set is in very good original condition. Some signs of age visible on the chrome. Beginning of patination on the mercury mirrors, light and uniform. Very fine surface scratches on the tops, consistent with age.
Dimensions: height 35 cm, width 80 cm, length 130 cm. Up to 200 cm when open.
